After brewing the green tea, place ginger in cup and let it sit for a minute. Add remaining ingredients except for honey (follow dose instructions for echinicea and zinc) and stir well. Make sure that the liquid is not incredibly hot when adding the honey. In Ayurveda, it is believed that when honey is "cooked" it becomes a toxin in the body. Let the mixture cool just enough so that when you place your finger into it, it isn't burned. Enjoy and feel better!
