  • 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard

  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil

  • 1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 4 tbsp Raw Honey

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

 

   Place all ingredients in a 16 oz mason jar, fasten the lid, and shake! This is my go-to salad dressing recipe, I just can’t get enough of it!

I make this stuff in bulk. It is Heaven and, in my opinion, amazing on everything! Especially bitter greens (like arugula) and pan fried brussels sprouts! 

 

  • 8 olive oil-packed anchovies

  • 5 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

 

   Combine the anchovies and lemon juice in a powerful blender and blitz until totally combined. With the machine running, slowly add the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This dressing is so wonderful over arugula or any bitter green, but my favorite way is poured over sauteed brussels sprouts!
